When you register as new customer on our website, you will receive a username, password, link to activate your
account and account designation upon completing the website’s registration process. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur
under your password or account.
Limited User:
The User agrees and undertakes not to reverse engineer, modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform,
reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained
from the Website. Limited reproduction and copying of the content of the Website is permitted provided that
Mobile Priority name is stated as the source and prior written permission of http://www.mobilepriority.co.in is
sought. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that unlimited or wholesale reproduction, copying of the content
for commercial or non-commercial purposes and unwarranted modification of data and information within the
content of the Website is not permitted.

We respect your privacy, and we assure you that we will maintain and use this information responsibly. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy
Used or damaged products will not be exchanged at all.
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange stating the reason for exchange. We will have someone contacting you asap.
Do not ship any product back to us without getting a confirmation for exchange from us.
We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.
Delivery Policy
Dedicated to fulfilling your wishes without any hassle, Mobile Priority ensures that everything from placing an order to having it delivered right to your doorstep goes smoothly and efficiently within 7 to 10 business days of payment confirmation.
C.O.D. Policy
10% for booking and 3% delivery cost for C.O.D.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that the orders once placed can't be cancelled. However under some unusual circumstances, we might allow you to cancel your order. Please send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason in the email id info@mobilepriority.co.in for the cancellation and we will get back to you. There will be some cancellation charges (processing fees charged by credit card company, etc) that will apply. Also note that if the order has already been shipped or if the items ordered needed any kind of changes have been done even if not shipped then we won't be able to cancel the order.
Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to
conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts at Kolkata.
